This self-paced program consists of 24 lessons (recommended 1 lesson per week) – which means you are 6 months away from a complete overhaul of your life! 

Each week focuses on a physical, nutritional, or introspective lesson, helping you understand how your behaviors directly correlate with your overall health condition. You will be assigned weekly action steps to implement the beneficial behavior changes that you learn about. Weekly coaching sessions will also help you with any challenges along the way. Our programs are designed to give you a structured method to integrate and apply proven techniques.

HOW DO I KNOW THIS WILL BENEFIT ME?

There are three parts to our approach – educational lessons, action steps, and coaching.

The lessons are as short as 15 minutes – probably shorter than checking your daily emails.

Many action steps will not take more than a few minutes per day. However, most techniques are “upgrades” to your daily routine where you’ll learn more helpful ways to do what you already do. And yes, you will be developing beneficial new habits which will probably become a normal part of your life.

Finally, our coaching is available for you when and as you need it.

AN ADDITIONAL $200/MONTH FOR 6 MONTHS IS A LOT. MY MEDICATION COSTS LESS PER YEAR. WHY SHOULD I SPEND THIS MUCH?
Your medication only controls your hypertension. It WILL NOT reverse it. The only chance for reversal is changing the root cause of your condition by making lifestyle changes.

Over your lifetime, your medication and treatment costs will be significantly more than the total cost of this program.

DOES ENROLLING IN YOUR PROGRAM MEAN I HAVE TO GET OFF OF MY MEDICATION?
NO. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU STOP YOUR MEDICATION. ONLY YOUR DOCTOR CAN TELL YOU IF THAT IS THE RIGHT COURSE. When you start the program, we ask that you inform your doctor that you are actively beginning a lifestyle change program. Over the course of the 6 months, your doctor herself/himself will advise you to lower your medication as your health improves.
